St Matthew’s Outcomes in Key Stage Two Statutory Assessments, 2026

Below one can see the percentages of children who achieved the expected standard or the higher standard in reading, writing and mathematics for the 2025/2026 academic year in the statutory assessments for Key Stage Two.  This is provisional data until the Department for Education publishes final results in December 2026.  Once this is completed, the St Matthew's outcomes will improve slightly as adjustments are made for children newly arrived at the time of the tests.

One can also see the average standardised scores that children achieved in the tests for reading and mathematics.  (Note that writing is carried out by teacher assessment, not by a test.  This is why there is no standardised score for writing).

We were pleased that we were above national averages on all measures.
